It is a new, modern and female-only wellness and gym centre In The Gambia.

It has just opened its doors in Kotu so consider becoming a member at Phenomenal Women. The whole concept is created by women for women.

The spacious 2nd floor of the building is designed to host group classes, work-out in a fully equipped gym, fitness, beauty treatments, hair & skin treatments, massages, etc.

You might come there to get your blood pumping, your muscles flexing or just to try something completely different - but whatever you want from your workout, they’ve got the latest generation of equipment available.

The gym has direct access to their dedicated ladies only changing room complete with a full shower and changing facilities. The ladies-only changing rooms are cleaned throughout the day to ensure the highest level of cleanliness.

Mothers are welcome to come with children as there is a room for them where they can play and learn under the supervision of the staff.
