Beach of the month: Fajara Beach

My Magazine 2022/02
2 min
Fajara Beach is located between Ningki Nangka beach bar at Kotu towards Leybayto Beach Hotel in Bakau. This beach area offers a unique view of the wild Atlantic Ocean, and the coastline is dominated by red latrine cliffs, palms, juice bars and some pleasant restaurants.

The beach is wider around the south towards the Ningki Nangka end. It can offer you plenty of opportunities to sunbathe and do many beach activities like football, volleyball, horseback riding and watersports. One can also go shopping at the Fajara Craft Market or have a pleasant early morning or evening stroll on the beach.

You can also join some artists around Sailor Beach Bar for some painting lessons, and if interested, you can buy many crafts from the locals. If hungry, you can stop for a meal with a wonderful view at Laybato Beach Hotel or at Sailor Beach Bar and Restaurant. There is another bar soon about to open, located between Sailor's and Ningki Nangka that used to be known as Paradise Beach Bar.
