Dawn is a very professional and confident lady exuding knowledge that comforts every client, knowing that one's wishes will always be considered. She is originally from America but has been living in The Gambia for the last 14 years. She is a qualified Aesthetician and nail technician. She does the waxing, facials, peels, makeup, lash extensions, lash lift, and manicures and pedicures.

Together with 3 other nail technicians, Sparkle offers essential nail care and beauty upgrades, including cleaning and maintaining the cuticles, trimming and shaping nails, and any necessary care for the skin and nail bed. On top of this, clients usually opt to coat their nails in a polish or nail design. Manicures and pedicures are the go-to packages for nail maintenance.

Manicure and pedicure are one of the best ways to keep your nails look healthy and beautiful. Often, manicures and pedicures fall into the category of ‘pampering.’ Although it is certainly enjoyable to have your nails done, there are some excellent reasons why this should be more than just the occasional luxury experience.

Here are some of the great benefits of manicures and pedicures done by a professional nail salon:

Increase in the blood circulation
Apart from getting treatment, you will also receive a relaxing massage for your hands and feet. This will promote healthy blood circulation, reducing muscle tension, any pain you may be experiencing, and improving joint mobility.

Boosted nail health.
With regular manicures/pedicures, the chances of your nails developing fungi and other infections are reduced. Also, the exfoliation that takes place during this appointment will remove any dead skin cells and encourage new cell growth, leaving your nails stronger and healthier.

Manicure and pedicure are an awesome approach to unwinding while enhancing the look and feel of your hands and feet.

Keeps hands and feet smooth and delicate
For some people who have sensitive skin or dry skin, it is suggested to undergo manicures and pedicures regularly to help your skin and nails. It will keep them smooth and soft.

Contagious Infections
Getting regular pedicures is an extraordinary approach to keeping up the wellbeing of your toes. If you don’t moisturize your skin on a regular basis, the dry skin on your feet is more prone to infection due to cracks that may form.

Mental well-being
Both the physical and mental health benefits of getting a nail treatment are extraordinary.
