Every Friday, you can enjoy a fresh and sizzling BBQ buffet at Balafon Beach Resort, from 8pm to 11pm. Accompanied by vibrant music with a live band and upbeat sounds by DJ’s.

Offering an extensive cold buffet with a wide selection of salads brought in as a result of international cuisine inspirations offering Caprese salad, tabouli, mixed green salad, coleslaw, and more.

Live iron grill barbecue station with various choices such as grilled tiger prawns, beef brochettes, fish brochettes, grilled barracuda, lamb chops, beef skewers, lamb afra, grilled chicken, fish, gambas, and more.

Accompanied with different options of side dishes that never disappoint - Saffron rice, Spring rolls chicken, grilled vegetables, lasagne bolognese, selection of potatoes, calamari provençale, vegetables tempura, and more.

And the sweetest part of the BBQ night is our delicious desserts offering sliced fruits, chocolate and banana crepes, caramel cheesecake, and more.
