Phenomenal Women is a women's centre that focuses on your fitness, nutrition, and care. It offers all women, especially mature women, a safe environment to exercise and implement various training routines.

The centre provides daily group training for each taste. Weight, Cardio, Steps, Booty Bootcamp, Strength, TRX, HITT, and Spinning are scheduled from Monday to Saturday.

Together with the big hall for group training, Phenomenal now offers a separate fitness room with the best-quality fitness machines.

You can decide on a monthly membership, weekly pass or session pass.

The centre is open from 8 am to 8 pm, with group training available in the morning and afternoon, the possibility to schedule personal training and fitness room access.

With a neat and handy locker room and shower area, kids' playroom, and beauty and spa services, this workout centre for ladies gives extra comfort to busy mothers and business ladies.
