Village Vibes: Eating as Locals Do

My Magazine 2022/12
20 min
Author: Amy StPierre Touray
Well greetings from Gambia west Africa. This is a little thing called Village Vibes which will apparently become a regular podcast. I will talk about everyday life in the Gambian village.

In the first issue you were able to get to know me a little bit and my story about how I came to the Gambia 2 years ago. Each month I will try to share with you my experiences with living in the Gambia – or as I call it with simple living. A lot of people are asking me what and how do we eat. Tune in to hear all about our food resources, ways of preparation and more. Enjoy!
