Welcome to the Italian Night at Balafon Beach Resort. Every Friday, you are invited to the Bantaba Restaurant from 7:30pm for an unforgettable evening of exquisite Italian cuisine. The Bantaba, an open-air dining space that faces the resort's idyllic pool, is transformed into a hub of activity as the chefs take centre stage, offering a range of Italian specialities that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.

The culinary adventure starts with a live pasta cooking station, where guests can watch the chefs work their magic. The smell of pasta and fresh herbs makes you drool in anticipation. Whether you prefer your pasta drenched in tomato sauce or covered in creamy alfredo, they have it all.

Italian cuisine has a lot going for it. It's tasty, authentic and, believe it or not, healthy! And Italians are known for combining sweet with savoury flavours in an amazingly delicious way! The perfect example of this is pizza which is loved across all age groups, and you can taste a variety of them at the Italian Night! And for those looking for a more substantial fare, there is an array of other Italian dishes. The grand finale is a range of mouth-watering desserts that satisfy any sweet tooth.

Drinks are not included in the package, but you can browse their extensive drinks menu to find something that matches your taste preferences.

The price per head for the Italian Night is GMD1000 for ages 10 and above and GMD500 for kids 3-10 years.

So come to Balafon Beach Resort every Friday for an evening of great food, great company and a taste of Italy in The Gambia. And if you want to spend a night in this beautiful location, reach out to My Gambia!
