Founded in 2019 through the National Youth Council’s JUST ACT initiative, we focus on creating youth employment, promoting local culture, and offering sustainable tourism experiences. Located 300 kilometers from the coast on McCarthy Island, Janjanbureh is the perfect destination to explore Gambian heritage.
