Jennifer Hofman is a medical anthropologist and holistic healer from Germany. She is licensed in Thai foot reflexology and traditional Thai yoga massage therapy. As an interdisciplinary yoga instructor, integrative water therapy practitioner, and dancer, Jennifer combines various therapeutic approaches and wisdom to provide participants with a holistic and profound experience that connects body, mind, and spirit.
We recommend bringing sun protection (headwear, long, lightweight clothes, sunglasses, sun cream) and mosquito repellents. We recommend comfortable wear and yoga gear. Also bring your own yoga mat for extra comfort.
