We are strong advocates of sustainable tourism and incorporating locally sourced materials wherever we can.  Our gardens supply us with fresh, home grown vegetables, which are used in all our restaurants. Mango trees, star fruit trees and coconut trees are prominent throughout the grounds. Our furnishings from upholstery, wood-works and decorative items to stained glass are the creative innovations of local artisans. You will recognize many of these throughout the hotel.
