In the high season, the kitchen opens at 8:30 in the morning and provides delicious meals till 10 pm (9 pm in mango season), serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. To each meal, its own menu is attached, giving a wide range for exploring gourmand. The restaurant caters for the guests of Kololi Beach Resort but is open to the public as well, ensuring that a lovely sunset and enjoying the private beach is not only exclusively well kept for the residents. Salt can be accessed directly from the beach or through the main entrance of Kololi Beach Resort, enjoying a few minutes' walk on a path through the luscious garden of Kololi, offering you a chance to spot some of the vivid feathery residents of the garden or mischievous jumping green velvets.

At the peak of the occupancy, every day, from 5 pm to 6 pm, happy hour with 1+1 of the selected colourful cocktails, beers and house wines will get you ready to enjoy your dinner and blend with the mood of an entertaining evening. In the green season, you can enjoy happy hour every Friday and Saturday from 5 pm till 7 pm. Live performances will let you fulfil the daily experience, while warm, dimmed lightning will embrace you into the intimate yet cheerful aura. Versatile Salt's location will make it hard to choose your favourite spot. In the booths on the poolside, in the shade inside the restaurant & bar, in the comfortable chairs or sofa next to the bookshelf and TV, or on the seaside terrace, next to the marine outside bar or in the white bamboo sofas. Although sunbeds next to the pool and on the green areas are reserved for the residents of Kololi Beach Resort, you can still enjoy your sunbed on the private sandy part of the beach, sipping a cocktail/mocktail or any other favourable drink from the handy table next to it, for a reasonable extra charge of GMD250.
