Detached houses in Sanyang

My Magazine 2023/01
4 min
Only a 10-minute walk from the beach in Sanyang, not far from the highway, a brand-new single-family home settlement of European construction quality is being built. Sanyang is the new „place-to-be“ in the Gambia. The village is surrounded by nature, peace and tranquillity. Somewhat away from the tourist centre in Senegambia, south of Tanji, a strong development of the area is to be expected in the coming years. Due to the special location, future increases in value are therefore guaranteed.

We of IN∙US want to support this actively lived freedom in the best possible way with our projects. We offer investment opportunities that promote and guarantee personal independence and freedom in various ways.

Our new project in Sanyang consists of a series of single-family houses that enable the residents to live self-determined lives. With its own groundwater well and sustainable energy supply by means of a photovoltaic system, independence from the public system is given in this respect. At the same time, a generous plot of land makes it possible to grow one's own food in the associated garden area. You decide for yourself what will grow and how and how to develop the plot according to your needs.

The project

This special and, for The Gambia, completely new luxurious project, consists of several separate individual houses, each with 4 bedrooms of approximately the same size. Each unit also has a light-flooded, spacious living, kitchen and dining area as well as 2 spacious bathrooms with floor-level shower. Elegant and high-quality fittings in the kitchen and bathrooms add an extra touch of uniqueness to every home and are included in the most exclusive completion package.

Green investment

During the planning development as well as the implementation of the building project, great importance is attached to sustainability, high-quality building materials and longevity of the building. In addition to an effective planning strategy and the sustainable selection of materials, our special focus is on the creation of a bioenergetic building concept. Feng Shui elements are incorporated into the design.

High user comfort, the support of individual lifestyles and the implementation in three different development variants additionally distinguish our project in its uniqueness.

The houses

Each unit has two covered parking spaces and approx. 800m² of land. Further parking is possible on the forecourt of the building, where the outbuildings for the technology and the security guard are located. The building covers an area of 150m². This leaves enough space for a generously designed garden, a private pool and additional areas for personal vegetable cultivation. With its own borehole for self-sufficient water supply and its own photovoltaic system, including an island solution using a battery and its own generator, energy independence is guaranteed.

Starting at € 174,000, there are 3 completion packages to choose from. After a down payment of 10% at the signing of the contract and a further 40% at the start of construction, the payment term for the remaining amount is spread over a construction period of 1 year, depending on the progress of construction.

Please decide quickly as the exclusive offer is in great demand.
