Glimpses of Summer Bazaar 2021

For this Summer Holiday to be much meaningful, My Gambia in partnership with Yosh Restaurant, organized another event dubbed Summer Bazaar. The event was held in Fajara at Yosh Restaurant. More than 50 vendors came with different products.

Individuals, families, friends, locals and tourists came to buy souvenirs and to meet new people. It was a weekend getaway for families and friends. A day of shopping, socializing, food tasting and fundraising.

Varieties of products like clothes, books, flowers, home decors, accessories for pets, home utensils, natural body products and more were sold at the event.

There were many chances to enjoy delicious desserts food, drinks, snacks, smoothies and more. 

TUK TUK The Gambia joined us to offer delightful breezy rides on a flexible vehicle. 

With a charity fundraiser, we were able to raise 7.500,00 dalasis! A big thanks to all of our sponsors for their support and to everybody who bought raffle tickets. Raised money was given to the Kids are the World Nursery School in Brufut, Ghana town, to support the building of an additional classroom. A small part of raised funds was used to buy products for personal hygiene, which will be given to the Janjanburreh prison unit.
