Christmas Day at Sunprime Tamala Beach Resort was such a delight! No wonder it sold out. Many guests enjoyed open buffet dinner with good music and delicious, fresh and superb quality food. Absolutely nothing was missing in their tailored buffet which was constantly refilled. A wide range of starters, main dishes, salad bar and desserts and much more! All served in a clean and pleasant surrounding between Atlantic Ocean and a pool.
Afra known also as “dibi” is a very popular street food. It is a quite simple, but delicious Gambian and West African choice of a late-night snack. It can be eaten also for breakfast or lunch.
We all know and love Gambia for many reasons, but most of all for the people. We love their friendliness and willingness to engage in conversation with anyone at any moment. Whilst this is wonderful, it can also be shocking and surprising to suddenly be confronted with bluntness about certain things… namely the issue of body size.
Matilda & Peyman are travellers who decided to travel the world on bicycles. Their journey started in Helsinki, where they went on and cycled all the way across Europe, then over to Morocco continuing on to Mauritania, Senegal and The Gambia where we met them as they got stuck due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
