Journey to the Gate of No Return for re-connection & identity formation Family re-union and naming ceremony, later at night fire burn camp and storytelling under the Bantaba tree with the village elders @ ‘Jujuwoo’ rites .
This event is meant to build bridges between African descends in the diaspora and those on the continent so we will all have a stronger bonds. What better way to celebrate this bond then in memory of Kunta Kinteh who no matter what never stopped fighting for this freedom.
